Austin Williams
Austin Williams is an experienced Oil and Gas Accountant with a proven track record of financial leadership across upstream energy operations. He holds a BBA in Accounting and Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University and an MBA from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
Austin began his career at Pioneer Natural Resources as a Revenue Accountant before advancing to Controller roles at Trey Resources, Overton Park Oil & Gas, Strawn Petroleum, and Embark Outsourcing. His expertise spans Joint Interest Billing (JIB), revenue accounting, financial reporting, acquisition and divestiture accounting, and both state and federal regulatory compliance.
With a strong background in financial modeling, covenant reporting, treasury management, and full-cycle accounting, Austin brings strategic insight and operational efficiency to every stage of the oil and gas value chain.
Outside of work, Austin is a dedicated husband and father of two boys. He is actively involved in youth athletics and coaches football in his community, reflecting his passion for leadership both on and off the field.


Sheena Pittman
Sheena Pittman is a seasoned oil and gas accountant with over 20 years of experience supporting both large and small operators. Her career began in Oklahoma City at Carl E. Gungoll Exploration and has included key roles at Chesapeake Energy, Devon Energy, and Aethon Energy. Most recently, she served as a Senior Manager at Embark Outsourcing.
Sheena holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Her area of expertise is full cycle accounting including joint interest billing (JIB), revenue accounting, state and federal reporting, treasury management, and project coordination. She is also highly experienced in managing special projects across accounting functions.

Paige Fitzgerald
Paige Fitzgerald is an oil & gas accountant with over a decade of experience with various E&P companies. She holds a BS in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
Paige began her career at RSP Permian and later Concho Resources, where she played a key role in the RSP Permian acquisition, developed ERP integrations and handled financial reconciliations and reporting for multi-entity operations. Following her time at Concho, she was one of the first people on Embark’s outsourced accounting practice and grew tremendously while there to become a Senior Manager at her departure. She was instrumental in process optimization, financial reporting, revenue accounting, joint interest billing, departmental training and client onboarding.
Apart from work, Paige enjoys traveling with her husband, doing projects on their home, exploring Dallas’ emerging culinary scene, and walks with her dog Penny. She is an active member of her community’s womens league.

Barry Guidry
Barry Guidry is a seasoned oil & gas accountant with over 30 years of experience in the accounting operations of both privately held and publicly traded companies. He has worked in various leadership and technical capacities with large and small operators. Combining his financial accounting and transactional knowledge with an emphasis on organizational and process efficiencies, he has played a pivotal role in streamlining accounting practices while ensuring financial accuracy.
After earning a bachelor’s degree at the University of Louisiana – Lafayette, Barry laid the groundwork for his career at Marathon Oil Company where became Operations Accounting Manager for the company’s worldwide E&P operations. Since then, he has played key roles at PetroQuest Energy, Shoreline Energy/Marquis Resources & PetroLegacy Energy. Following a stint as Accounting Supervisor at Embark Outsourcing, he founded RAGE Consulting.
Outside of work, Barry and his wife, Sonia, are owners of an art gallery/gift shop that focuses on and promotes local artists and artisans.
